In plain terms: We want you to be completely happy with your Jaadu Diet purchase. If something is wrong — damaged, defective, or incorrect — we will replace it at no cost to you. If you change your mind, you can return an unopened, sealed product within 7 days of delivery. Read on for full details.

1. Return Window

We offer a 7-day return window from the date of delivery of your order. To be eligible, you must contact us and initiate your return request within 7 days of receiving your item. Requests raised will not be accepted, except where a manufacturing defect is identified and reported to us within 30 days of purchase. 


2. Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, your item must meet all of the following conditions:

  • The product must be in the same condition as received — unopened, unused, and unaltered

  • All original seals and safety seals must be intact and unbroken

  • The product must be in its original packaging with all labels, inserts, and accessories included

  • You must provide your order number and proof of purchase (order confirmation email or invoice)


2.1 Non-Returnable Items

The following products are not eligible for return or refund under any circumstances:

  • Products that have been opened, used, or had their safety seal broken — this applies to all ayurvedic supplements for hygiene and safety reasons

  • Products not in their original packaging or missing labels and inserts

  • Products purchased during a sale, clearance, or with a promotional discount code (unless the item is defective or damaged)

  • Products returned after 7 days from the date of delivery (except manufacturing defects reported within 30 days)

  • Gift cards and digital vouchers


Important: As our products are ayurvedic supplements intended for consumption, we are unable to accept returns of opened or partially used products for hygiene, safety, and regulatory reasons. We appreciate your understanding.


3. How to Initiate a Return

Returning a product is simple. Follow these 3 steps:


  1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery at wecare@jaadudiet.com or call +91 9076219087 (Mon–Sat, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM IST). Please include your order number, the product name, and the reason for return.

  2. We will review your request and respond within 48 business hours with confirmation of acceptance or rejection, along with return instructions and the address to send your product.

  3. Pack and ship the product securely in its original packaging. Share the courier tracking details with us at wecare@jaadudiet.com once dispatched.


Please do not send your product back without first receiving written confirmation from us. Unrequested returns will not be accepted or processed.

For returns where the customer is responsible for shipping, we recommend using a trackable courier service. Jaadu Diet is not responsible for products lost or damaged during return transit. Original outbound shipping charges are non-refundable in change-of-mind returns.


5. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

We take great care in packing and quality-checking every order. However, if you receive a product that is damaged in transit, has a manufacturing defect, or is different from what you ordered, we will make it right immediately.


5.1 How to Report

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with the following:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photographs or a short video clearly showing the damaged, defective, or wrong product and its packaging

  • A brief description of the issue


Send this to wecare@jaadudiet.com with the subject line: “Damaged / Wrong Item – Order #[Your Order Number]”.


5.2 Our Resolution Process

Upon receiving and verifying your complaint, we will:

  • Offer a free replacement of the same product as our first resolution. Replacement will be dispatched within 3–5 business days of verification.

  • If the same product is out of stock or unavailable, we will offer you a full refund to your original payment method (or via NEFT/UPI for COD orders) within 5–7 business days.

  • Arrange return pickup at our cost where required. You will not be charged any return shipping for damaged, defective, or wrong items.


Note: Reports raised after 48 hours of delivery may not be eligible for replacement or refund, except in cases of manufacturing defects where the issue only becomes apparent after opening. In such cases, please contact us within 30 days of purchase with supporting evidence.


6. Refunds

6.1 Prepaid Orders (Credit Card, Debit Card, UPI, Net Banking, Wallets)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email of the approval or rejection of your refund within 2 business days of receiving the returned product. If approved, your refund will be credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to reflect the refund in your account. If you have not received your refund after 10 business days, please first check with your bank, then contact us at wecare@jaadudiet.com.


6.2 Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

For orders placed via Cash on Delivery, refunds cannot be made in cash. Once your return is approved, we will process your refund via NEFT bank transfer or UPI within 7–10 business days. To initiate your refund, please provide us with:

  • Your full name (as per bank records)

  • Bank account number and IFSC code (for NEFT transfer), OR

  • Your UPI ID (for UPI transfer)


Please share these details with our support team when raising your return request or via email at wecare@jaadudiet.com. Jaadu Diet is not responsible for any delay caused by incorrect bank or UPI details provided by the customer.


6.3 Partial Refunds

In certain situations, only a partial refund may be granted at our discretion, such as:

  • Products returned with missing components, inserts, or accessories

  • Products with minor damage caused after delivery (not attributable to us)


7. Order Cancellation

7.1 Cancellation Before Dispatch

You may cancel your order free of charge within 2 hours of placing it by contacting us at wecare@jaadudiet.com or calling +91 9076219087. Please quote your order number when requesting cancellation.

  • Prepaid orders: Refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

  • COD orders: No payment is involved; the order will simply be cancelled.


7.2 Cancellation After Dispatch

Once your order has been dispatched and a tracking number has been assigned, it cannot be cancelled. If you no longer wish to receive the order, please refuse delivery at the door. Once the undelivered package is returned to us by the courier, we will process a refund after deducting the original outward shipping cost.


7.3 Cancellation by Jaadu Diet

We reserve the right to cancel any order in the following situations:

  • The product is out of stock or discontinued

  • We are unable to verify the delivery address or contact details

  • Payment fraud or suspicious activity is detected

  • The order violates our Terms & Conditions

In such cases, we will notify you by email and process a full refund within 5–7 business days.


8. Products Purchased from Other Platforms

This Returns & Refund Policy applies only to purchases made directly through our website at jaadudiet.com. If you purchased a Jaadu Diet product through a third-party marketplace (such as Amazon, Flipkart, or any other retailer), please contact that platform directly for their returns and refund process. We are unable to process returns or refunds for orders placed on third-party platforms.


9. Grievance Redressal

We are committed to resolving every customer concern fairly and promptly. If you are not satisfied with the resolution provided by our customer support team, you may escalate your grievance as follows:


Step 1

Contact our support team at wecare@jaadudiet.com. We aim to respond within 48 business hours.


Step 2

If unresolved, escalate to our Grievance Officer by emailing wecare@jaadudiet.com with subject line: 'Grievance Escalation – Order #[Your Order Number]'. We will respond within 7 business days.


Step 3

If still unresolved, you may approach the Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, or the National Consumer Helpline at 1800-11-4000 (toll-free).
