At Jaadu Diet, we offer FREE shipping on all prepaid orders across India with no minimum order value. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, a convenience fee of ₹27 applies. We work with trusted courier partners to ensure your ayurvedic supplements reach you safely and on time. This policy explains everything you need to know about how we process, pack, and deliver your orders. |

1. Order Processing
Once you place your order, our team begins processing it within 1–2 business days. Business days are Monday to Saturday, excluding national and regional public holidays.

Orders placed before 12:00 PM (noon) IST on a business day are typically processed the same day.

Orders placed after 12:00 PM IST, or on Sundays and public holidays, will begin processing on the next business day.

You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after placing your order, and a separate shipping confirmation email with your tracking details once your order is dispatched.

During peak seasons such as Diwali (October–November), New Year, and major sale events, processing times may extend to 2–3 business days due to high order volumes. We appreciate your patience during these periods. |
2. Shipping Cost
We offer FREE standard shipping on all prepaid orders across India. There is no minimum order value required to qualify for free shipping.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, a convenience fee of ₹27 is added to your order total at checkout. This covers the additional handling and cash collection costs and is non-refundable. For example, a product priced at ₹599 will cost ₹626 via COD.
We do not currently offer express or expedited shipping. All orders are shipped via standard delivery through our courier partners.
3. Estimated Delivery Timelines
Delivery timelines depend on your location. The following are estimated timelines from the date of dispatch and are not guaranteed:

4. Shipping Coverage & Serviceability
We ship to all reachable and serviceable pin codes across India, including:

In rare cases, certain pin codes may be unserviceable by our courier partners at the time of your order. If your pin code is not serviceable, we will notify you promptly by email and offer a full refund.
We do not currently offer international shipping. All orders must be delivered to an address within India.
5. Cash on Delivery (COD)
We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) on eligible orders across India. Please note the following for COD orders:
5.1 COD Convenience Fee
A convenience fee of ₹27 is applicable on all COD orders. This fee covers the additional handling and cash collection costs associated with COD deliveries and is non-refundable.

Example: If your product is priced at ₹599 for prepaid orders, the total payable at the door for a COD order will be ₹629 (₹599 + ₹27 COD convenience fee). This will be clearly shown at checkout before you confirm your order. |
5.2 COD Terms

Please ensure that you or an authorised person is available at the delivery address to accept and pay for the order at the time of delivery.

Please keep the exact cash amount ready at the time of delivery. Our delivery agents may not carry change for large denominations.

Our courier partner will make up to 2 delivery attempts. Please ensure your phone number is correct as the delivery agent may call before arriving.

If delivery is unsuccessful after 2 attempts due to unavailability, refusal, or any other reason, the order will be marked as RTO (Return to Origin) and returned to us. No refund is applicable for undelivered COD orders as no payment was collected.

COD may not be available on all pin codes. Eligibility will be shown at checkout.

For COD orders, if you wish to cancel before dispatch, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order at wecare@jaadudiet.com or +91 9076219087.

Important: Please inspect your order before making payment for COD deliveries. Once payment is made and the delivery agent has left, it will be treated as a completed delivery. Any issues must then be reported via our Returns & Refund Policy. |
6. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation with your tracking details through all of the following channels:

Email — a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number and a direct tracking link;

SMS — a text message to your registered mobile number with your tracking link sent at the time of dispatch;

WhatsApp — regular shipment status updates sent to your registered WhatsApp number, including dispatch confirmation, out-for-delivery alerts, and delivery confirmation.
You can also use your tracking number directly on our courier partner's website or app to get real-time updates on your shipment's location and estimated delivery date.
Please ensure your mobile number is entered correctly at checkout to receive SMS and WhatsApp updates. If you have not received your tracking details within 3 business days of placing your order, please check your email spam/junk folder first, then contact us at wecare@jaadudiet.com or +91 9076219087 with your order number.
7. Packaging & Product Integrity
We take great care in packing every Jaadu Diet order to ensure your ayurvedic supplements reach you in perfect condition:

All products are packed in sturdy, tamper-evident outer packaging to prevent damage in transit.

Fragile or breakable products (such as glass bottles) are wrapped with additional protective material.

Each package is sealed and labelled with your delivery address and our return address.

We do not ship products in damaged or compromised packaging. Every order is quality-checked before dispatch.

If your package arrives visibly damaged, crushed, tampered with, or with broken seals, please refuse delivery and contact us immediately at wecare@jaadudiet.com with photographs of the package. Do not accept a damaged package and then report it — refusing delivery makes the resolution process faster for you. Please refer to our Returns & Refund Policy for full details. |
8. Failed Delivery & Return to Origin (RTO)
A delivery may be unsuccessful due to reasons such as:

Recipient not available at the delivery address

Incorrect or incomplete delivery address provided at checkout

Delivery refused by the recipient
-
Unserviceable or inaccessible location
8.1 For Prepaid Orders
If your prepaid order could not be delivered and has been returned to us, we will contact you via email to confirm the correct delivery address and arrange re-dispatch. Please note:

Re-dispatch will be arranged at no additional shipping cost for the first re-attempt if the failed delivery was due to courier error.
-
If the failed delivery was due to an incorrect address provided by you or non-availability, a re-shipping fee may apply for re-dispatch.

If you do not respond within 7 days of our email, we will process a refund after deducting the original outward shipping cost (even though shipping was free, actual courier charges incurred by us will be deducted).
8.2 For COD Orders
If a COD order is returned to us due to failed delivery, the order will be cancelled. No refund is applicable as no payment was collected. You are welcome to place a new order.
8.3 Wrong Address
Please double-check your delivery address, pin code, and contact number before placing your order. Jaadu Diet is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect address information provided at checkout. If you notice an error in your address immediately after placing your order, please contact us within 2 hours at wecare@jaadudiet.com or +91 9076219087 and we will do our best to update it before dispatch.
9. Shipping Delays
While we make every effort to deliver your order within the estimated timelines, delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including:

High order volumes during festive seasons (Diwali, Holi, New Year, sale events)

Natural calamities, floods, or extreme weather conditions
-
Courier partner operational delays or strikes
-
Government-imposed restrictions or curfews
-
Delivery challenges in remote or difficult-to-access areas
In the event of a significant delay, we will notify you via email with an updated estimated delivery date. For any concerns regarding a delayed shipment, please contact us at wecare@jaadudiet.com with your order number and we will follow up with our courier partner on your behalf.

If your order has not arrived within 12 business days of dispatch and tracking shows no movement for more than 5 consecutive days, please contact us immediately. We will investigate and, if the shipment is confirmed lost, arrange a replacement or full refund. |
10. Lost or Stolen Shipments
If your tracking information shows your order as delivered but you have not received it, please:

Check around your delivery location (with neighbours, building security, or reception if applicable).

Wait 24 hours as deliveries are sometimes marked as delivered slightly before physical drop-off.

Contact our courier partner directly using your tracking number for confirmation.

If still unresolved, contact us at wecare@jaadudiet.com within 7 days of the marked delivery date with your order number and tracking details.
We will investigate with the courier partner and, subject to verification, arrange a replacement or refund. Claims raised more than 7 days after the marked delivery date may not be eligible for resolution.
11. Shipping-Related Grievances
If you are not satisfied with the resolution provided by our customer support team for any shipping-related concern, you may escalate to our Grievance Officer:

We will acknowledge your grievance within 48 hours and resolve it within 7 business days. For unresolved disputes, you may approach the Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
